Environmental Mysteries comes from Thinkport, which is connected to the Maryland PBS. Several people tell stories about environmental-related challenges they’re facing, such as having to find a way to pay to remove lead from their place of business. Students then have to say what they would do in that situation.
The stories, which provide text with audio support, are great. They seem to be a little long, though. Because of their length, I’d say they are little more appropriate for Intermediate English Language Learners. High Beginners could give it try. The language is simple enough.
