Project Read On
Project Read On provides closed captioning to videos available online as a public service. In fact, if you have a suggestion of a video you’ve seen online that you would like to have captioned, they’ll put it on their list to do.
Obviously, closed captioning is beneficial to English Language Learners so they can hear and see, in English, what is being said.
I’ve placed this link on my English For Beginners page near the bottom of the Video category.
