Map My Ride

Posted at 12:49 am under geography, web 2.0

MapMyRide is a surprisingly easy-to-use web application that allows you to create a travel route.  You can describe various places along the way.

Students can use this to describe a real field trip or an imaginary trip, then email it to be posted.

I don’t know if it’s any better than the several other map sites I have on my Examples of Student Work page, though.  You can check them all out under the Student Maps category.
