More Multimedia Resources From News Outlets

Posted at 12:40 am under teacher resources

Last week I posted about great multimedia resources (including audio slideshow and interactives) daily newspapers had on their websites.  Many of their presentations are accessible to English Language Learners.

Today, I’d like to share similar resources that are available from the websites of other news organizations.  I’ve posted specific links on my website to particular resources, but thought I’d again share the primary sites. As in my previous post, these links will take you directly to their multimedia pages.

MSNBC has a page of what they call “Picture Stories.”  Time  magazine has a multimedia page, as do Newsweek and U.S. News and World Report.

I’ll be creating a new section on my Teacher’s page where I’ll be listing all of these news sites.
