More Website Development

Posted at 12:11 am under teacher resources, web 2.0

At a workshop I gave at last month’s CATESOL conference,  someone told me they wanted to build a website and wanted to know what program I used.  I quickly responded that they certainly would not want to use the same thing since there were so many newer programs which produce much better quality with much less work.  I use something called Page Breeze, which results in what John Norton at Middleweb recently described diplomatically as an “informal feel” to my site.

You can find links to these new free website development tools, who also provide free hosting services, on my Teacher’s Page under Website Development.

The newest one, which looks pretty good, is called Synthasite.
