		<description>I was Roger&#039;s technical director for a brief time in the early 90s.  While we had quite a few different ways of seeing things, I learned more from the Professor than most others I have encountered.

I enjoyed seeing this as I myself have recently written on accountability and my distaste for the very word.  Maybe Roger still rings true.  Had not seen this though.  Wish I had.  Would have written a better post...though I think I did link to Roger in a recent blog if not this one.

Your blog is excellent and I have tumlbr&#039;d a lot of pages from it.  Thanks...
