		<description>I came over to see what the deadline is for the ELL, ESL, EFL Carnival- January 31.  It&#039;s nice of you to host these events.  Your skills as a community organizer are useful for us teachers in the blogging community.  Networking is not my strong point.  I&#039;m more of a content creator.  It&#039;s interesting how we&#039;re all taking on our different roles.</description>
