Bitstrips is a brand-new site that lets you create online comic strips. It’s in private testing until March 9th, but I requested an invitation and got one a couple of hours later (just in case you just can’t wait four days).

It seems like an accessible site for English Language Learners. However, it doesn’t seem to stand-out among the ten or so other online comic strip creation sites out there.
