Exalead Search Engine

Posted at 9:40 pm under search engines

The Alt Search Engines blog has a lengthy review of Exalead, a new search engine that seems to have some advantages to English Language Learners.

Not only does it provide visual snapshots of search results, but it also includes text descriptions. I also like that it has a nice “preview” feature. I won’t go into all the details, but I think it’s worth reading the Alt Search Engines post. I don’t think it’s necessarily better than some of the search engines on my list, The Best Search Engines For ESL/EFL Learners, but it’s worth a look.

I’ve placed the link on my English Themes For Beginners page under Search Engines.
