EconEdLink from the National Council on Economic Education has many online interactive exercises to help students understand basic economic terms.
Quite a few of these activities are accessible to many levels of English Language Learners. Several direct links to them can be found on my English Themes For Beginners page under Economics.
A couple include What Is A Producer? and Products and Their Producers.
