I periodically look for quotations — for articles, posters, etc. I get pretty frustrated by most of the online quotation sites because they often don’t provide the source for the quotes, nor any information about the person who supposedly said the quote.
I’ve now found a quotation site that provides both. It’s called Quotations Book, and I thought others might find it useful, too.
Many of the quotes that are in my quote of the day (top of my blog) come from Quotations Pages which always cites the author and does provide information though you have to be registered to see the info. I haven’t bothered registering so i don’t know about the quality of it. I’ve also integrated it into my igoogle page so I always get new quotes every day.
Will definitely check out the link you provided.
hi Larry, thanks for sharing this site. This proves helpful not only for teachers, but for also for speakers, and lecturers if not everyone. 🙂
Larry,
