Great list, Larry. We promote most of those sites on our own website. The group Facingthefuture.org also offers some curriculum on social justice issues, and the magazine Yes!, which focuses on environmental and social justice issues includes a section on its website for teachers. (www.yesmagazine.org)

I also have to mention the organization of which I am a proud graduate and now an employee: The Institute for Humane Education (www.humaneeducation.org). We focus on the interconnectedness of all social change issues (human rights, media and culture, environmental preservation, animal protection), and offer activities, ideas, resources, our blog & e-newsletter, as well as programs and workshops for educators, advocates and concerned citizens. I hope you'll consider adding us to your list :)

Larry,

good list and I just also wrote about True Tube on EFL Classroom 2.0 , in a discussion about debate. www.truetube.co.uk

"Despite" it being British and at times having some hard to discern accents -- it is really energetic , visual and really lays out issues well and thoughtfully. I highly recommend it, everything a website should be these days -- edgy but with good content.

I am about to update my online course, 'Peacemaking'. These resources will be perfect for expanding the focus of the course. Thanks a lot.
