Blog Carnival Winner Announced
You might recall that David Duebelbeiss at EFL Classroom 2.0, the host of the most recent Sixth Edition of the ELL/ESL/EFL Blog Carnival held a contest for readers to vote on which Carnival entries they found most useful.
He’s just announced the winner — a contribution from the blog Be Think: A Place To Ponder. The post, English Language Learners At Risk, was written by guest author Candace Harper and discussed new Florida legislation restricting funding for ESL reading programs.
