Like John, I use Jigzone for mouse practice for my students.  They love it!  It can also build a nice sense of community as learners often cheer one another on while doing more complicated puzzles.

I work with adult ELLs and some of them have never used a computer before.  If they have trouble using the mouse, we use these puzzles (6 pieces) to work on their mouse skills.
