The Northern Edge

The Northern Edge is an online newsletter that comes-out periodically and is designed to assist in literacy instruction. It’s made by the same organization that publishes The Learning Edge, which is on a number of my “The Best…” lists, including The Best Websites To Teach & Learn Life Skills and The Best Websites For Students Exploring Jobs and Careers.

The Northern Edge is more focused on Canada, which is why I’ve placed it on my website under The United States and Canada section.  It’s text, audio, and animation make it accessible to high Beginning English Language Learners.

It’s actually been there for awhile, but I’ve just learned they changed their url address.
