MSNBC’s Spectra site has been on The Best Visually Engaging News Sites for quite awhile.

I’ve learned from Go To Web 2.0 that some new tools have been added to that site, and they seem to make it slightly more accessible to English Language Learners.

It’s worth a look, as are the other tools on that list.
