Cary Farley is a very talented health science teacher at our school who is also a very talented musician.
My wife and I enjoy listening to his soothing music at home, and his CD also works well in my classroom when my students (and me!) need to calm down a bit.

Great topic to remind teachers of! Can really make a difference and it has been helpful to me, especially with some classes I just couldn’t figure out.
I use the composer Satie – very soft, basic music. I crawl with the Yahoo EasyListener and embed on a page. Play at will. See an example on EFL Classroom’s main page – scroll down on the right.
I”d be interested to know of other recommended composers? I’ve really only found that Satie works – so far…..
