Quizlet is the newest addition to The Best Tools To Make Online Flashcards.
In addition to letting you create and study flashcards, it also lets you study the words in “game” forms. It also allows voice recording for some features.

You might find flashcardflash.com helpful when you are trying to find flashcards that have already been created. It searches 16 flashcard sites at once.
