A widely-publicized laudatory study on the KIPP charter schools was released yesterday.

I’m sure they do good work, but I hope it is not used to further bash regular public schools, nor used unrealistically to suggest they be expanded everywhere.

As regular readers know, I have a number of concerns about charters, not least of which is their “creaming” the most motivated students.
