“The Library Of ESL Lesson Plans: North Carolina Curriculum Guide” is an impressive collection of life-skills lesson plans developed by several local community colleges.
I’m adding the link to The Best Websites To Teach & Learn Life Skills.
Thanks to Alexandra Francisco for the tip.
Thank you! You’ve made my day with this amazing site. As I twittered a few days ago, I’m going to teach EFL at a vocational school and that is new to me. So new I haven’t been able to find many teaching resources or materials.
There are lots about business English and commercial or occupational resources but that’s not what I’m teaching next school year. There are middle and higher levels (also called intermediate and advanced cycles) Computing studies, Early Childhood Eduacation teaching and Parapharmacy Train¡ng. I still don’t know what to teach, fortunately I guess I still know How to teach ;-). It’s a great challenge to me and I’ll learn a lot myself.
I’ve already opened a wiki for this type of English for (my students’) specific + occupational purposes. As soon as I get sthg interesting I’ll make it public.
Thanks again, you’re always been so helpful!
