Webemailme is another site for creating a temporary email address. I’ve had students use this kind of service to sign-up for we apps that require an email activation.

There is another site that does this which is still pretty new: http://www.baitmail.com. There is a nice feature that even tells you if a particular email was previously read — so you know if someone besides you is using the same mailbox.
