Carol Burris, a New York principal, wrote an excellent piece in The Washington Post about an unusual teacher training program and a rather unfortunate online video they use as a model.

Diane Ravitch then wrote two posts about it. The first one is somewhat interesting, though the comments really make it a worthwhile read.

Her second post, though, is the real “must-read” one because it has Ms. Burris’ very insightful responses to the comments.
