Subscribing To Twitter Via RSS Feed

Subscribing to one’s own Twitter feed is a great way to have them available in a searchable archive. And it’s also a way that people who are not on Twitter can still subscribe to your tweets.

I know a number of people have been subscribers to my RSS Twitter feed. However, for some reason, it recently stopped working. So, if you are interested in re-subscribing, here’s the new RSS feed.

An easy way to subscribe to anyone’s Twitter RSS feed is to use this url:

Instead of the “xxxxx” at the end, just type in the Twitter user’s name (that they use on Twitter). For example, my is “larryferlazzo”.

I’m adding this info to The Best Resources For Beginning To Learn What Twitter Is All About.

  1. It doens’t work anymore?
    I am getting the error:
Rate limit exceeded. Clients may not make more than 150 requests per hour.

  2. The probably appears to be that you exceed the rate limit 🙂

The limit (currently) is 150 times/hr unauthenticated and 250 times/hr if you are authenticated. Read more from the API docs here:

  3. I am using another service to create RSS for twitter –

It works great so far, but it goes down at times.
