The school reform world has been abuzz this week about a new study from Mathematica singing the praises of KIPP charter schools.

Bruce Baker at School Finance 101 now tosses a dose of reality on the study and the acclaim that KIPP has been receiving because of it. His excellent post is titled The Non-reformy Lessons of KIPP.
