  1. Perhaps by motivating them without ruining their interest in learning just for learning.
    Yeah that is definitely a tough one.
    By introducing people that have achieved success in their lives through education and devotion to working hard.
    By utilizing tools that they used all the time such as social media websites, e-learning websites and such. For example..
    and others.
    It will not be easy or simple but it can be done.

  2. I find that a great way to encourage full participation in a classroom is by using social-oriented learning. When the students are often working in teams, they rely one another to learn. The teacher is merely the facilitator of the groups work, helping the students move forward toward a common goal.
