“Children’s World” is an international study done periodically to assess children’s attitudes about the world. Their latest one focused on eight-year-olds, and they surveyed “ver 17,000 eight-year-old children in 16 countries on four continents.”

Eureka Alert published a summary of their findings today (you can download the entire report, though the website is not working well today — probably because of a big demand).
