Next February, this blog will be celebrating its ten-year anniversary! Leading up to it, I’m re-starting a series I tried to do in the past called “A Look Back.” Each week, I’ll be re-posting a few of my favorite posts from the past ten years.

In 2008, I began what turned-out to be an eighty-part (yes, I wrote eighty) series on “The Best Ways For Students (And Anyone Else!) To Create Online Content Easily, Quickly & Painlessly.”

I was looking for tools that didn’t require students to spend time registering, then going back to their email to get a confirmation code, and then having to remember their passwords. I wanted engaging tools that students could use to create something related to the unit we were studying and then be able to copy and paste a clink to their creation on our class blog. That way, their classmates and I could see and comment on it – in other words, an authentic audience.

Most of the tools I listed on those eighty posts are gone now, but I continue to post about new ones and keep The “All-Time” Best Ways To Create Online Content Easily & Quickly (in fact, I just revised and updated it tonight!).
