Today, the U.S. Attorney General announced that domestic and/or gang violence would no longer be a legitimate reason to request asylum.

This comes on the heels of the Administration’s policy of separating refugee children from their parents (see The Best Resources For Learning About The Terrible Practice Of Separating Immigrant Parents From Their Children).

All this comes about one week from World Refugee Day (see The Best Sites For Learning About World Refugee Day).

It’s a good time to learn about the United Nations “Will you stand #WithRefugees?” and “Spend A Day #WithRefugees” programs.
