Alice Mercer has just written two good posts contributing to the discussion about effective and non-effective ways to encourage teachers to use technology in the classroom (or, I might add, if they should be enouraged at all).

One, titled Kickin’ and Screaming, can be found at “In Practice,” the group blog written by several of us who teach at schools in low-income communities.

The other, Questions Are Good, can be found at her own blog, Mz Mercer.

Both posts are definitely worth reading, and I’d certainly recommend you subscribe to both blogs as well.
