I’ve posted many times about using different types of online video games in class.  If you’ve been reading this blog for awhile, you may remember the games called “text adventures.”  In these games, players type in text commands and there generally are no graphics involved.

Student Survivor is a nifty games that’s sort of a hybrid between a typical online video game and a text adventure.  Players have to type in simple commands for their “virtual” student to do in order for them to stay healthy and successful.

It’s accessible to high-beginner English Language Learners.

I’ve placed the link on my Intermediate English page under Word and Video Games.
