I’ve been accumulating links to PDF converters — online tools that allow you to easily convert any file into a PDF, and thought readers might find them helpful.
First, since, until recently, I didn’t really understand why I might want to convert a document to a PDF, here’s an article listing ten reasons Why To Convert Word To PDF.

I’d also include Zamzar since it converts to PDF and converts PDFs to Word documents (which is handy if you want to edit them).
For those using Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft has a FREE add-in for exporting Word, Powerpoint, etc. 2007 to PDF format.
OpenOffice comes with a ready-to-use convert to pdf option.
