The Civil War In Four Minutes is a very visually effective supplement to teaching and learning about the United States Civil War. It would be especially accessible to English Language Learners following some initial background on the conflict.

I’ve placed the link on my United States History Class blog in the post titled….Civil War.

You might find that blog useful — it either includes now or will include as the school year progresses my entire U.S. History curriculum, including materials that I have developed.  You’re welcome to use them with your students.

And speaking of useful blogs, I learned about “The Civil War In Four Minutes” through the new U.S. History Teachers Blog, which posts very helpful resources for social science educators.
