Creaza is a new site that has a variety of tools where users can create their own content. It might have some potential, but I’m having a hard time figuring it out. It seems fairly confusing — at least to me!
It appears that you can create cartoons, mix video, make a “mindmap” and record audio (though the audio recording tool doesn’t seem to be functioning). In the cartoons, it lets you remix folktales.
The fact that it’s free and has all these capabilities makes it worth a look. I’d be interested in hearing if anyone else has better luck on getting a handle on it…
Hey Larry, accepting your challenge I gave Creaza a try and see exactly what you’re talking about. There is a bit of a learning curve, and the way you think things should work don’t necessarly do.
However, I was able to get some examples for each category in Creaza.
Hope this helps!!!

Larry, I posted about the Cartoonist part of Creaza today,
http://thebookchook.blogspot.com/2009/06/cartoonist-sharing-stories-with.html
I am going to continue learning Movie Editor, which is taking some time! They’ve recently introduced a feature where you can import your cartoon into Move Editor and make a video of it, and that’s what I’m pursuing.
The audio recording functionality is now working. In fact, this feature has been released not long ago, therefore we encourage you to go and try it out.
If you encounter any errors please, report them to support__at__inspera.no. We continuously work towards improving the service and the any error is fixed fairly quickly.
Thanks for using creaza.
Regards,
