Though it doesn’t quite fit into the list, I’m still going to add it to The Best Tools For Cutting-Out & Saving Portions Of Online Videos.
We’ve been using this tool for quite a while to give students feedback on presentations or for students to self-reflect on their presentations. As long as your video’s URL is a flash derivative, you don’t even need to be constrained to YouTube videos. It’s a pretty slick tool.
