Though I’m not that familiar with his work (though am aware of both praise and critique of it), I think this lecture excerpt with “South Park” animation does contain a good commentary on the kind of perspective that would be good for students, teachers and families to have about education.

Unfortunately, it seems to me that many new “school reforms” don’t seem to promote it…
