Here’s the BBC description of this video:

Muzzon Al-Mellehan is a 17-year-old Syrian who fled the country’s civil war in 2013. She and her family have lived for the past two years in refugee camps in Jordan, where she has been dubbed the ‘Malala of Syria’ – a reference to the Pakistani campaigner, Yusefzai Malala, for her efforts to keep Syrian girls like her in the camp’s makeshift school, rather than being married off. As part of the BBC 100 Women season, she talks about her campaign — and what life is like for young girls in refugee camps.
