Apollo 13 has several great scenes for demonstrating outside the box thinking. Look at the scene where the engineers need to build a new carbon dioxide filter using only the materials available on the spaceship and also at the scene where Ken Mattingly is in the simulator trying to work out the power up sequence, which is proving impossible until he gets the idea to try reversing the power supply to draw the two additional amps.
