Nice video! Making connections between something “cool” like soccer and learning is always good. Visualization has been used by top performers in lots of different fields for awhile; I’m glad to see it’s becoming more mainstream.
Although one part of the video seems to conflict with what I’ve read (can’t remember where now). The voice in the video says “don’t watch yourself.” But I’ve heard that watching yourself, like an outside observer, is a good thing. Maybe splitting hairs, but what do you think?
