Management Is Much More Than a Science is an intriguing new article in the Harvard Business Review.

Though I think it too easily dismisses the value of hard data at times, I think many of its points are relevant to teaching. The article focuses on business, and I think the stakes are much higher when it comes to our students, but it definitely brings some unique perspectives to the idea of being “data-informed” instead of “data-driven” (see The Best Resources Showing Why We Need To Be “Data-Informed” & Not “Data-Driven”).
