Carol Salva hosts THE podcast that English Language Learner teachers should be listening to, and she was kind enough to have me on as her guest. You can listen to the show here, as well as accessing a ton of other materials she has. One of the many reasons I like Carol’s show so much is that she shares supplemental resources, as well as her reflections on the each show.

Excited to read it, Larry!
Thanks, Tan!
Hello Larry,
One of our Digital Learning specialists just told me about your website, and I wish I had known about it before.
Do you speak at conferences?
Sometimes, but not often – teaching fulltime and writing keep me busy. But feel free to send me a message: http://larryferlazzo.edublogs.org/contact-me/
How is this box different from “The ESL/ELL Teacher’s Survival Guide”?
Lots of new strategies. You can check out many excerpts on this blog to get an idea.
Hello. Which grade levels are appropriate for using this book? Is it only HS or does it address elementary/ early elementary, also?
Most strategies are adaptable across the board
