The Association of American Colleges & Universities just released the results of a survey they did with employers seeking to learn what they were looking for in job candidates.

Here’s a summary:

It was targeting what they were looking for in college graduates, but I think it’s safe to assume the assisting our high school students develop the same skills would be helpful, too – and not just for job-seeking.  I think employers’ priorities are legitimately ours, too.
