Books: From Scrolls to Screens is a neat interactive at Google Arts & Culture.

It tells the history of books and reading – and a lot more!

To tell you the truth, I’m not actually sure how “new” it is – it may have been around for awhile.

I just learned about it from a Google announcement about a new design for Google Books and some other book-related tidbits, none of which seemed particularly useful or interesting.

However, I was eventually led to the interactive after clicking on a few links.
