Is Screen Time Really Bad for Kids? is from The NY Times.

Terrapin lets you highlight text and create a link that goes directly to it – and include a comment. It says it’s primarily designed to work with Wikipedia, but says it works with many other websites, too. I tried it with several other sites, however, and it wouldn’t work. If they can make modifications so it can be used more widely, then I’ll add it to The Best Applications For Annotating Websites.

ZenKit lets you create collaborative Wikis.  I’m adding it to The Best Online Tools For Collaboration — NOT In Real Time.
