I’ve been sharing posts about the professional development sessions we’ve been doing with all our teachers on teaching ELLs – because of logistical issues, we need to do similar sessions on five different days.

As I previously described , we end each session with teachers saying what they want to stop doing, what they want to continue doing, and what is something new they want to try.

Though there are obvious similarities between the “takeaways” from the sessions so far, there are a few differences, and I think they’re all useful.
