Here are this week’s choices:

The great video chat faceoff: Six apps. Dozens of heads. One came out on top. is from The Washington Post.

ToonClip lets you easily make simple animations. I’m adding it to The Best Ways For Students To Create Online Animations.

ChronoFlow Timeline Maker looks nice, but they only let you make one timeline before charging you. So I’m not adding it to The Best Tools For Making Online Timelines.

Celestory looks like an intriguing tool for creating online training courses.

FunApero is a video conferencing tool that lets you play games with your friends.  I’m thinking that some games might be useful for ELLs.

Resizing app is a photo-editing Chrome extension. I’m adding it to The Best Sites For Online Photo-Editing & Photo Effects.

The Educator’s Guide to Copyright, Fair Use, and Creative Commons is from The Edublogger and has just been updated. I’m adding it to The Best Resources To Learn About Copyright Issues.

Another Whiteboard Option for Google Meet Users is from Richard Byrne.

Closing the Digital Divide: Inside Cleveland’s Plan to Treat Broadband Like a Public Utility Service — and to Pay for Every Student to Get Online is from The 74. I’m adding it to The Best Resources For Learning About Schools Providing Home Computers & Internet Access To Students.

Teachers Are Creating Virtual Bitmoji Classrooms—Cute and Helpful Too! is from We Are Teachers.
