Creately lets you draw diagrams.

Google announced that they’ve built in an app into their Chromebooks called Explore that is like a tutorial on how to use the device.  However, I can’t find out if it’s only in English, or if it’s available in other languages.

VideoCyborg has lots of functions, and photo-editing is one.  I learned about it from Blog de Cristina. I’m adding it to The Best Sites For Online Photo-Editing & Photo Effects.
