The Internet is awash with articles about school-related lessons learned during the pandemic.

Unfortunately, I’ve been less-than-impressed with many of them.

I thought I’d bring together some of my previous posts on the topic, along with thoughtful ones written by others, AND invite readers to share their own.

I’m adding this post to my other resources related to school closures.

Here they are:

In “KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THE 2020/2021 SCHOOL YEAR” I share a video from the great video series All Of The Above where a number of educators, including me, share our primary takeaways.  I also include a transcript of my comments.

END-OF-YEAR STUDENT EVALUATIONS OF OUR CLASSES – PART ONE: THEORY OF KNOWLEDGE has some reflections on my classes.

FOUR (MAYBE) COUNTER-INTUITIVE “TAKEAWAYS” FROM TEACHING & LEARNING DURING A PANDEMIC shares a few more of my reflections.

Ten Ways I’ll Be Teaching Differently Next Year is Part Two in my Ed Week series, and Pandemic Lessons for a Post-COVID-19 Classroom is Part One.

Perspective | Thirteen things that should happen in schools now — but most probably won’t is a column I wrote for The Washington Post.

Five things we learned about schools in the pandemic is from Chalkbeat.

Lessons From the Pandemic That Can Improve Leading and Teaching is from Ed Week.
