Today, Google announced a new product that appears – to me, at least – to be aimed at competing with Duolingo.

It’s basically a feature of Android phones that is available in Argentina, Colombia, India (Hindi), Indonesia, Mexico, and Venezuela that will allow users to practice English while receiving immediate feedback.

And, as the blog post says:

 We look forward to expanding this program further and working with any interested partner.
