Google has just unveiled a new feature at Google Arts and Culture called Spanish: Beyond The Words.

Here’s how they describe it:

In Spanish: Beyond the Words, Google Arts & Culture has teamed up with the Nebrija Foundation and 9 more partners to tell the story of the Spanish language in all of its fascinating diversity and creativity. Marking Spain’s presidency of the EU Council, this project is a celebration of the connections between Spanish speakers far beyond the Iberian Peninsula. With over 65 detailed stories, samples from Latin music, cultural quizzes and 900+ images, Spanish: Beyond the Words takes a wide-ranging look at one of the most commonly-spoken languages in the world.

In addition to Spanish teachers finding it useful, ELL educators could use its English explanations as high-interest content!

Even though it doesn’t really fit, I’m adding it to The Best Sites For Learning Spanish Online.
