Microsoft Reading Coach is a reading fluency and pronunciation tool that has been around for awhile.

I have a fair number of resources about it at the The Best Resources On Reading Fluency (Including How To Measure It) list.

Today, Microsoft announced that it will now be available free.

In addition, they announced a new AI feature that will allow the reader to use AI and create their own reading passage featuring their preferences.  Now – and in the future – the reading passages come from ReadWorks.

I haven’t used it with ELL students before, but I’ll give it a try now and share what I think.
